Ingredients
6 Cups Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2 cups raw nuts and/or seeds. (I use a mixture of all natural almonds, pistachios, sunflower kernels, peanuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
Optional additions: dried cranberries, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, etc.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet or two with foil (depending on size).
Heat molasses, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, and salt on medium in a pot on the stove.
Place oats, nuts, cinnamon in a bowl. Mix.
Pour heated mixture over oat mixture and stir.
Spread the granola mixture evenly on the baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven. Stir. Bake another 10 minutes.
Let cool. Place in individual serving containers.
Enjoy.
