Chocolate Shakeology Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 scoop of Chocolate Vegan Shakeology

1 small banana or 1/2 a large

3 florets of frozen cauliflower

1 tsp. all natural peanut butter

1 cup of water (may use almond milk instead)

Strawberries for the topping 

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blend until smooth.

Pour in an ice cream dish, and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Top with your favorite fruit topping. (strawberries are my favorite)
