Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology or your favorite protein powder
2 T PB Powder
1 T egg whites
1/2 banana
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of oats
olive oil
Optional Ingredients:
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
berries
honey
Directions
In a blender, add Shakeology, PB Powder, banana, egg whites, almond milk, and oats. Blend together.
Pour into greased, heated pan on medium. (I use olive oil.)
Pour batter into pan. Be patient as cooking, watching for bubbles before flipping. Flip, cook other side.
Top with yogurt, berries, and honey.
