Chocolate Shakeology Pancakes


1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology

12 tsp. baking powder

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)

1 large egg

Nonstick cooking spray

1 tsp. pure maple syrup and other healthy toppings like berries and bananas.


Add Shakeology and baking powder to a small mixing bowl. Stir until combined.

Add almond milk and egg; stir until combined.

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; lightly coat with spray. Spoon batter evenly into pan to form three small pancakes.

Cook for 2 minutes; flip. Cook for 2 additional minutes, or until cooked through. 

Drizzle with maple syrup and add your optional toppings.
