Egg White Pizza


Avocado Oil 

2/3 cup of liquid egg whites

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup shredded cheese or 1 light cheese stick

Toppings of your choice (my favorite are spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers)


Turn heat on to medium and coat small to medium skillet with avocado oil

Pour in the liquid egg whites and let sit

Use rubber spatula to expose all egg white to the pan and let sit until egg white is firm

Add tomato sauce

Add cheese and your choice of veggies and toppings

Cook until your pizza will slide off the pan
