Homemade almond milk is easy to make. With just a few ingredients, you can make it yourself and always have it on hand in your refrigerator.
Ingredients
Plain Almond Milk
1 1/2 cups of plain almonds
4 cups of water
Vanilla Almond Milk
1 1/2 cups of plain almonds
4 cups of water
4 pitted Medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt

Soak 1 1/2 cups of plain almonds over night.

Strain and rinse almonds.
Add to blender.

Add water to blender.
(For vanilla almond milk, add 4 pitted Medjool dates, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of fine sea salt)
