Instant Pot Lentil Soup


1 Potato

3/4 Cup of brown lentils

1 Celery stalk (about 6 ribs)

1/2 Bag of baby carrots

1 T Oregano

1/2 Tsp Thyme

1/2 Tsp Marjoram

2 Cubes of Knorr vegetable bouillon

6 Cups of water


Wash and slice celery, carrots, and potato and add to Instant Pot.

Add lentils.

On the stove, heat 2 cups of water and dissolve 2 bouillon cubes. Add to Instant Pot.

Add 4 more cups of water to Instant Pot.

Add oregano, thyme, and marjoram.

Set Instant Pot to cook for 7 minutes. 

Tip: Depending on your taste, you may want to add other seasonings, such as garlic, onion, hot sauce.
