1 scoop of Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
1 teaspoon all natural honey roasted peanut butter
1 cup of water (you can use almond milk, etc.)
1 cup of crushed ice (adjust as needed to your likeness – if I use frozen banana, I use less ice)
**When I have fresh spinach, I add one cup to have a vegetable.
Mix all together in a blender. Blend.
