1 cup liquid egg whites (10 egg whites)
1 Tbsp corn starch – you can use almond flour instead of corn starch
All natural peanut butter – (check ingredients)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and a big foam appears (peaks).
Add corn starch or almond flour and beat again. This is the tricky part, but once you get it right, it will be delicious. You just have to beat the egg whites until you can spoon it on the sheet.
Spread and bake on a greased sheet for 23 minutes. (I grease parchment paper.)
Spread 1 to 2 Tbsp of all natural peanut butter (only ingredients are peanuts and maybe salt).
Top with a sliced banana.
Sprinkle with cinnamon if you wish.
