Vanilla Almond Energy Balls

Ingredients

2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology

1/2 cup dry rolled oats

1/3 cup almond flour

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup unsweetened all-natural almond butter

1/4 cup unsalted sliced almonds, chopped

 

These vanilla energy balls made with Vanilla Shakeology are a quick and easy snack!

Instructions

Combine Shakeology, oats, and almond flour in a medium bowl; mix well.

Add almond milk and almond butter; mix well with a spatula or clean hands until it forms a thick batter.

Roll mixture into 15 balls, each about 1-inch in size.

Roll balls in almonds.

Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
