Nutrition Is Key

Over a year ago, I made the decision to make some changes in my health and nutrition. I was ready to lose weight, feel better, and have more energy, and I did not want to be told that I was obese again at my annual screening for my health insurance.

I joined Beachbodyondemand for the exercise programs because I always had the mindset that I needed to exercise in order to lose weight, and with my work schedule, I could not get to the gym for classes. Guiding me, my health coach Missy Meaux encouraged me to look into Beachbody’s 2Bmindset nutrition program, and so I did.

Ilana Mulstein is a registered dietitian nutritionist, and she created a “simple, sensible, and sustainable” nutrition program – The 2Bmindset.  With the help of my coach, my accountability group, Beachbody, Shakeology, and Ilana’s 2Bmindset nutrition program, I have lost weight – 32 pounds – and have kept it off for more than a year.  More importantly, I feel good – better and more fit than I have felt in a long time, and this past August, all of my screening results were in the normal category.

When I purchased the 2Bmindset nutrition program, I received some physical materials in the mail which took about 5 days (my tracker, go to guide, recipe book, and water bottle); however, I began immediately delving into the material online!

Ilana has created an easy to follow nutrition program that consists of videos that explain everything: the 4 principles, recipes, tracking, and why to drink your water. I began to see results soon after, and according to Ilana, exercising is considered a BONUS!

With the correct mindset, the 2Bmindset, I was able to reach my goal weight, and I wanted to learn more about nutrition. I made the decision to take the course to become a 2Bmindset mentor. I enjoyed the course work and passed the end of course test. I then decided and became motivated to help others learn about this program who wanted help like I did. I have been blessed to have several clients see results quickly.
