New Year, New Program: Job1

Beachbody launched Super Trainer Jennifer Jacobs’ new program, Job1, in December of 2021. I completed the program as soon as coach access was available, and I started my second round on January 3, 2022. I am absolutely loving this 4-week program!

With 5 workouts a week, 2 rest days, and a workout time of 20 minutes a day, I have been so surprised with the results that I am getting. The resistance bands have made my arms particularly sore, so I know that they are challenging my arm muscles.

I have been following the 2B Mindset Nutrition plan really well since January 3, 2022. Nutrition is key if you want results making changes to your body.
