Sure Thing is the program that I decided to start off the year doing. At 60, I know the importance of weight training and not doing too much cardio.

I am finishing up my 7th week of Sure Thing this Friday, January 27, 2023. I love Megan; she explains all of the moves, has a modifier if needed, and is so encouraging. I have had the opportunity to meet her three times, and she is just a genuine person. 

I recommend this program to everyone – all ages.  If you have not worked out in a while, I can start you off on a week program to get you started again first. Then, YOU can do Sure Thing.
